These numbers are conservative, with the option of a tighter seating arrangement and/or perimeter seating.

Not only do we have a big screen TV, but we offer the use of our HDMI and USB cords to connect laptops to TV and Audio. We also have Bluetooth available so you can link your phone or tablet to the TV and audio.

We have ADA-accessible parking, limited on-site parking, and plenty of street parking.

Our space is available from 7 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week with a few exceptions.

$125/hour minimum rental time 2 hours

Note, we require a fully refundable security deposit for all events. Balance due 48 hours prior to event. There will be a more substantial deposit if you plan to use the custom appliances.

Navigating alcohol regulations can be tricky, but here’s the scoop: 

• If you are NOT accepting any money in exchange for alcohol, whoever is serving must have an OLCC Alcohol Service Permit onsite. Food must be available to guests.
• If you ARE accepting money in exchange for alcohol, including fundraising, a Special Event License will be needed. Check with OLCC. A copy of that license needs to be submitted with the final balance payment. Food must be available to guests.

Welcome to our beautiful kitchen space, designed for your culinary needs! We offer custom appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, and warming drawer, for easy meal storage. Enjoy our stocked glassware, plates, bowls, and utensils at no extra cost.

While the range currently cannot be used, you can still keep ingredients fresh and warm dishes perfectly. Our commitment to providing quality kitchenware means you can focus on serving great food and enjoying time with your guests in a welcoming atmosphere!

We understand each event comes with its own flare. Feel free to bring your own decorations following some reasonable guidelines.
